Once we’ve received your pictures and the information about the project, we will give you a call to gain a deeper understanding of your ideas for the project.
We enjoy getting to know our customers and tailoring each garden to their needs. In order to do this, we will ask questions about the size, scope and purpose of your project.
We will then establish how much you would like to spend on your project, for example you have a budget of £8,000 or £25,000.
Having gained this information we can then provide a free approximate estimate for your project.

On-site design and advisory consultation.

The next step is for us to come and see you. We will arrange an on-site consultation providing an opportunity for us to meet face-to-face and discuss your project further.
A meeting in the space you want to transform with all the decision-makers present is arranged. During this appointment we will be able to see the space first-hand and discuss your exact details of the project. We will of course be able to provide ideas if you need some design inspiration.
The on-site consultation lasts around 1-2 hours however this can vary for more complicated projects. We will take time to collect more accurate measurements, answer any questions you may have, and get to know you as our customers.
Following this appointment, we can provide detailed hand-drawings of your project, however this will be subject to additional costs.

We set a date for your project!

Following the consultation, if you would like to go ahead with the job, we ask for a deposit to be paid. Once the deposit has cleared, we will provide you with a start date. Please be aware that dates can be variable due to weather conditions etc. We will keep in contact with you throughout to update you on any changes.

Some considerations before embarking on your landscaping journey:
It’s good to be as prepared as possible for when we visit your project site. Take some time to consider these questions to help build your vision for your space:
- Would you like a centrepiece to your garden such as a pond or water feature?
- Which garden structures most appeal to you?
- Where does the sun hit your garden?
- Do you want to sit in this space?
- Do you want a covered, shaded area?
- Is this going to be a social space?
- Would you like wildlife in your garden?
- Does the space need to be child-friendly?
We can discuss these with you further, provide more inspiration, and together turn your vision into reality.
